RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your COOKIE DRAMA purchase. However, if something isn’t quite the right size, colour, or fit, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.
Please note that COOKIE DRAMA does not cover return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returns or exchanges.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, shapewear, swimwear, earrings, and intimate garments are non-refundable if the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, damaged, or altered.
Selected items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and embellishments, garments made from mesh, lace, PU leather, stretch lycra, embellished fabrics, or specialty materials must be handled with exceptional care.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, protective liners, and labels attached.
Any signs of wear or damage including, but not limited to:
Snags, pulls, rips, tears, or stretched fabric
Missing embellishments, hardware, or components
Perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odour, or pet hair
Make-up, fake tan, oils, glitter, or stains of any kind
Bodily fluids or marks
Damage caused by jewellery, accessories, or improper trying on
will cause the garment to be classified as worn or damaged and therefore ineligible for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refundable items must be returned in perfect resale condition.
Please ensure garments are tried on over underwear and on a clean body for sanitary reasons. If your garment includes a hygiene seal or protective slip, this must remain fully intact.
Garments with embellishments, crystals, chain details, or hardware must be returned with all original components attached.
All co-ords and products sold as a set must be returned complete. Partial returns from sets will not be accepted.
Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Shoes must only be tried on indoors and on a soft surface. Shoes returned with marked or damaged soles will not be eligible for a refund.
Items purchased during promotional periods or sale events remain eligible for return provided they fully comply with our returns policy.
Any item returned in an unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
COOKIE DRAMA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Repeated abuse of our returns policy may result in future orders being refused.
QUALITY CONTROL & PROCESSING
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo quality control inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If a returned item does not meet our returns requirements, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For all international returns, parcels must be clearly marked:
“Returned merchandise — no commercial value.”
COOKIE DRAMA is not responsible for customs charges incurred due to incorrect return declarations. Any charges incurred may be deducted from the final refund amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at:

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If you refuse delivery or fail to accept customs clearance, refunds will only be processed once the order has been successfully returned to our warehouse. Any customs fees, duties, shipping charges, or return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
