Cookie Drama ships worldwide. We work with DHL Express for all international shipments, offering fast and reliable door-to-door delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your DHL tracking number.

Cookie Drama wants your experience to be as seamless as possible. Most international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis, meaning all customs fees, import duties and taxes are covered by us — there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Exceptions apply to selected countries and regions shipped under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms, including Mexico and other destinations not specifically covered under our DDP arrangement. For these destinations, recipients may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees as required by their country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.
To make international shopping more accessible, Cookie Drama covers up to 70% of the international shipping cost.

Please note that in the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the full actual cost of return shipping. This means the return shipping cost will differ from the subsidised rate applied to your original order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout — including an incomplete address or phone number — or if the parcel is refused by the recipient, the shipment will be returned at the buyer's expense. In such cases, both the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

For orders placed via PayPal, we are only able to ship to the delivery address registered on your PayPal account.
