COOKIE DRAMA garments are crafted using delicate and highly specialised materials including PU leather, stretch lycra, lace, mesh, embellishments, and body-contouring fabrics. Please handle all pieces with care when trying them on.
When trying on garments, we strongly recommend removing jewellery and accessories that may snag, scratch, pull, or damage the fabric or embellishments.
For hygiene reasons, all garments must be tried on over underwear and on a clean body. If your garment includes a hygiene seal or protective slip, this must remain fully intact and attached.
Returns will not be accepted for garments that show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
